Refund policy

If you buy something from Shiny Object Society and it isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, and you don’t have to give a reason.

Email hello@shinyobjectsociety.co from the address you used at checkout. Your order number helps, but it’s not required.

We’ll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days of your email. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

Once the refund goes through, your access to that product ends.

Purchases are final after 7 days. But if something is broken, missing, or not working the way it should, email us any time and we’ll fix it.

Please email us first. A refund is faster for you than a dispute with your bank, and it keeps your account in good standing.
